Describe the session, the people taking part and the outcome you want. A request such as “Create a three-part workshop for a product team reviewing onboarding feedback” is more useful than asking for a generic workshop. Include relevant context that you are allowed to share.
Ask for editable material.

Bring a compatible assistant to the board.

Keep people in the loop.
Ask the team what the draft has missed, what it has assumed and what does not fit. Edit the real board objects together. AI can help lay out the thinking; the people in the session bring the context and make the decisions.
Work within your allowances.
AI use has plan allowances, and a connected third-party assistant may have its own subscription or usage charges. Use a focused prompt, review the result and refine it deliberately. Your free guests can still contribute to the shared board without buying a seat.
