Start with one useful question.
Write the question at the top of the board. “What should we improve about our first customer session?” gives people something concrete to work on. Add a sentence explaining the decision you want to reach by the end.
Give the room a little structure.
Choose a Brainstorm or Retrospective template, or make three areas: ideas, patterns and next steps. Add one example note so guests can see the level of detail you need. Keep the rest open enough for unexpected contributions.
Share an editable link.
Sign in to create and manage your board, then use its sharing controls to invite your guests. Send the editable link with the session invitation. Guests can enter a name and contribute without creating an account. Check the link before the session begins.
Let everyone think before you discuss.
Give the group a few quiet minutes to add ideas. Ask for one thought per note. Then read the board together, move related notes close to one another and ask what is missing. Make room for different perspectives before settling on an answer.
Finish with an owner and a next step.
Turn the chosen ideas into a short action list on the board. Write who will act, what they will do and when the group will review it. Keep the board link with your meeting notes so the context stays available.
